The life we long for begins from within.

At Seity, we offer counseling beyond your traditional talk therapy.

Traditional talk therapy often leads to intellectualizing ourselves and our feelings. Seity is a modern approach to counseling that creates change by releasing constraints, healing the nervous system and teaching practical steps towards change. Our goal is not lifelong therapy-it is to provide guidance through healing, creating awareness, and providing the practices needed for change.

Two Therapists.
One Mission.
Your Lasting Change.

As partners in business and life, we offer IFS in combination with other evidence-based treatments to our clients in-order to meet the needs of the individual. Each client has the opportunity to work with both Jeremy and Cara, as they collaborate a plan that meets the individual’s need.

Jeremy Sublett, LPC-MHSP and Certified IFS therapist provides extensive experience creating the space to release long held restraints.

Cara Lindell, LPC-MHSP, NCC utilizes compassion, intuition and creativity to identify your unique self and develop custom and effective strategies for lasting change.

Evidence-Based Techniques

Understand and heal different parts of yourself with compassion using Internal Family Systems.

A therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each carrying its own emotions, beliefs, and roles. Sometimes these parts work together, and other times they conflict, causing stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. IFS helps you recognize and understand these parts with compassion instead of judgment. By doing so, you can heal wounded parts of yourself, release burdens from past experiences, and build a stronger connection with your true self. This process often leads to greater self-acceptance, emotional balance, and clarity in how you move through life.

Techniques that review the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

Through this approach, therapists help clients identify how unconscious, unresolved past experiences create patterns that shape current choices and use that understanding to create meaningful, healing growth.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a type of therapy treatment that combines mindfulness practices with cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT).

MBCT helps clients build greater awareness of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, while teaching skills to safely experience and regulate emotions, identify and challenge unhelpful or negative thought patterns, and break cycles of rumination.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Informed Graded Exposure is an approach that focuses on changing thought patterns and taking gradual steps to confront fear.

Working collaboratively, the therapist and client create a hierarchical “ladder” of fear-eliciting situations ordered by difficulty, then progress sequentially from low to high-intensity challenges. Through supported, incremental practice and belief-testing, avoidance decreases, habituation and mastery develop, and confidence is restored.

Somatic therapy is an integrative approach that targets the interplay between experiences in the mind and experiences in the body.

Clinicians use body‑based interventions to discharge tension related to stress and trauma, calm the nervous system, and support emotional regulation.
