Seity Counseling, LLC may use your mobile phone number to contact you regarding appointments, missed appointments, or non-therapy related questions.  We do not use your information for solicitation, and we do not sell your information third parties.  If you would prefer that your therapist not contact you by text message, you simply need to let your therapist know.  Please note that email and text messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, and you are encouraged to utilize these methods of communication only for general information or scheduling.

Seity Counseling utilizes Zoom to manage our practice.  If you become a client of Seity Counseling, Jeremy and Cara may contact you via text, phone and/or email for communication. If at any point you wish to not receive text messaging, please let your therapist know.  All information collected by Seity Counseling is considered protected health information and cannot be shared without your written permission except for limitations established by law.  Such exceptions will be reviewed with clients.
